Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 1 property, basic income and expense tracking, and Schedule E PDF export. Upgrade to Core ($79/year) for up to 5 properties with full CSV exports and receipt storage.
Can my accountant access my data?
With the Plus plan, you can generate a shareable link that gives your accountant read-only access to your records. No files to email, no login required. You choose how long the link lasts (7, 14, or 30 days).
Do you support properties outside the US?
Currently, PropZenn is optimized for US landlords with IRS Schedule E categories. International support is on our roadmap—join the waitlist to be notified.
What if I have more than 5 properties?
The Plus plan ($129/year) supports up to 20 properties with year-over-year comparison reports and priority support. For larger portfolios, contact us for custom pricing.
How is this different from full property management software?
PropZenn handles the financial side: tracking income, expenses, and receipts per property, then exporting for taxes. We don't do rent collection, tenant screening, lease management, or maintenance requests. If you need those, you need full PM software. If you just need clean books at tax time, that's us.
